Week 1 Of Janurary 2006
Lots of things happened this week. I had my 6 monthe check up for my Pulmonary Sarcoidosis. Clean Bill of Health. Well things look somewhat better and I feel better.
I was asked to be an RA (Resident Advisor) for NBU (New Body University) on the Provida.com website.
I am going to be the RA of Mustang Hall.
This is quite an honor. Leading a group of people who are
all doing the same diet plan and looking for me to set a good example. It is great!
I lost 2 pounts and 5 inches. Those workouts are going great! As well as the extra sculpting I am doing as Boot Camp Challenges.
Week 1 Challenges -
Crunches 45 in 60 seconds
Push ups (female) 25 in 60 seconds
Tricep dips (reverse pulldowns) 40 in 60 seconds
Week 2 Challenges -
Crunches 53 in 60 sec
Push ups (female) 20 in 60 sec
Week 3 Challenges:
Crunches 37 in 60 sec
Pushups: 22 in 60 sec.
Tricep Dips (with chair) 22 in 60 sec
Week 4 Challenges:
crunches: 50 in 60 seconds
push-ups: (Female) 20 in 60 seconds
I feel great! I can not wait to see what 6 weeks will bring!
