2007 ~ March ~ 5
Wow, 2007 is here and I havent updated my progress in a while.
The last few months have been crazy. I started subbing at our school in November.
Then on Jan. 24, I went and took a test that is needed to get certified to become a Teachers Aid.
I wont know the results until the end of March. I am nervous about that but I am sure I did well. It was pretty easy.
Diet wise, I am not paying attention to alot of things. I am eating the foods I am supposed to eat Core but not counting the points for non core foods.
I havent been at a Weight Watchers Meeting in 3 weeks. I have the new plan information but havent really put it to use. I have just been too busy to pay attention. I know that is a poor excuse.
I just did a 6 week challenge on Provida called New Body University. I lost 11 pounds. So I am happy with that progress. But I need to make it better. Since it ended, 2 weeks age, I have only been on plan a few days.
Weekly plan:
Cooking:
I have chicken breast out and plan on cooking them up. I also have some hard boiled eggs.
Eating:
Stay on plan!
Exercise:
I will be doing a combination of videos. Dancing off the inches, Belly Dancing, Turbo Jam and Project:You! I am not sure when and what day. But I will do them at least 4 days.
I also wear a pedometer each day. This way, I seem to walk more and dont even realize I am doing more. the other day, I walked 11,392 steps, That burned 1224.79 calories. WOW, I was shocked to see how many steps I took.
I plan on tracking that daily!
In a week or 2, I want to join a gym that just opened in town. It is a 24 hour gym, where you get a key and can go there any time of night or day and exercise. It is small but It is convient and the hours of opertion are perfect. I can go in when I need to.
I can get my stength training done there and do a short cardio work out, too...
Well, Got to go! It is snack time. Chicken breast and cantelop here I come.

July 24, 2006 ~ RecommittmentTime
I recommit myself to Weight Watchers.
After a couple of difficult weeks where I first gained, then stayed the same and then lost 1/2 a pound, I recommit. I need to get back on the path to weight loss success.
I had a crazy weekend. It rained all day Saturday which wasn't a big deal for me, I worked anyways. But Sunday was a graduation party. I ate, and ate and ate. I ate more things then I wanted to but could not stop snacking. I had dinner and then dessert. So today, I was up a couple of pounds today. No big deal, most of it was water weight, I am sure. I didn't drink enough water, and I did drink a soda and ate salty foods. Today it is lots of water and very low sodium foods.
Today started out great.
Breakfast: Slim fast shake with Soy Milk and a banana. (4 Points)
Morning Snack: apple with 2 oz. Of 97% Fat Free Ham. (3 Points)
Lunch: Grilled fish Fillet, Steamed Veggies (broccoli, cauliflower and Carrots). (3 Points)
Afternoon snack: Celery with Peanut butter. (2 points)
Dinner: Salmon, Baked potato with salsa and Steamed Veggies. (10 Points)
Pm Snack: 94% FF Popcorn, 1 cup FF Soy Milk (2 Points)
That is 24 points. I still have 2 more to make up. I got in 2 fruits and 3 Vegas. Maybe I will saute the Lunch Veggies and fish with Olive Oil for the other 2 points and that will fill my requirements for the day other then the water. Which isn't a problem.
I plan on eating core foods all week but keeping track of points. I really need the structure and boundaries of Flex to stay on track. But eating Core foods will have me Ewing more food, and using less points per food. Therefore, eating more foods.
Well I have to go. Talk to you later.

July 16, 2006 ~ What a weekend!
I started the week really well. I was actually proud of my self for not eating all of my weekly allowance points before the weekend was over. On Tuesday I still had 6 of the 36 points unused. I was happy with that. Then by Wednesday night I was a mess.
My two nieces (7 and 9) came to live with me about 2 weeks ago. They were taken away from their mother because of some accusations that the baby sitter made. I dont know if they are true or not but I dont really care either. I want the girls to be with family who care what happens to them. They were oked to bring to me. Wednesday night I found out that Child Protective Services was coming to visit us.
Like I said, I have been a mess! I can not eat or drink with out getting sick. and I can not sleep. I found my self eating things I was not supposed to eat. (well I can eat them, just not in the quantities that I ate them in.)
I had cake, cookies, bbq pork, Kapooska (a Polish dish with Grandma Brown Baked beans with Bacon(I used turkey) and sourkraut), Ice cream, candy, Pancakes with Syrup. Very little veggies, fruits or lean meats like I should be eating.
I did not go to my meeting either. It is the first one I have missed since I started. I felt really bad about missing it but I had so many things to do before that guy got to my house. I also had to work because I had planned this weekend off because it was my husband's (7/14) and son's (7/12) birthdays this week and my sister, brother and mother were supposed to be here. No one decided to come which was ok. It was less hectic that way. And with everything going on, It was for the best. I wasnt really in the mood to socialize.
I plan on getting back on plan tomorrow morning. Starting the day off with some Weight Watchers Cereal and Soy milk with a banana cut up in it. I have some chicken breast thawing, I will poach them in Taco Sauce and make some taco salads and wraps. I also have FF SF vanilla Yogurt. I will eat some of that with grapenuts and pineapple.
I did exercise each day last week. That was good. I will continue that this week. I did Turbo Jam 20 minute, Ab Jam and Walking

June 18, 2006 Fathers Day
Wow it has been a long time since I have been here.
I started weight Watchers on April 27, 2006.
It has been great so far. I have lost 10.5 pounds in 7 weeks of following the Flex Plan. That is the plan where you count points. It works great.
This week however, I decided to do the Core Plan. It is also Weight Watchers but you dont count points, You eat until you are satisfied from a selected list of foods. It seems to be pretty easy so far.
I have alot of things going on this week. So I thought it would be a good time to do it since I wont have time to weigh and measure my foods during the week.

April 20, 2006 ~~Whats next?~~
I restarted March 20th. But have not been real good about staying completely on plan. But I started at 220 lbs and 313.625 Inches. I am not at 215 and 302.313 Inches. So 5 lbs and 11.312 Inches gone...in 5 Weeks is good. I know it could be better. But like I said, It havent been completly on plan. I work in a deli and sometimes I just can not stay away from some of the foods.
My biggest Problem is I LOVE Food! I love to "have a party in my mouth" I cook really good food and then over eat. So I am working on that.
I am glad summer is getting here...I can get outside and exercise and Grow some veggies. I love fresh veggies.
Memorial Day Goals:
I was going to say 10% of my weight...I am starting at 215. that is 21 lbs.
For 5 weeks...that is 5 lbs per week. So I thing I will go with 5% of my weight. 10.75 lbs. Or Rounding up to 11 lbs. Although I will be working on that 21 lbs.
I know that is ambitious but I know I can do it...If I put my mind to it...
My other Goal is to exercise for The challenge will be to work out Monday Thru Friday. (starting Monday)
That is 25 days of cardio, 45 minutes a day. And I want to add 20 minutes to that. So my goal for the Month of May and the last week of April will be 900 Minutes of Cardio.
My Weigh ins are on Monday Mornings.

Getting Back on Track!
I have not been dieting for the last 2 weeks. I was think that maybe changing my eating for a short time will let it go back to loosing. I hope. I will start back tomorrow morning eating and exercising. I will stay with the 6 Week Body Makeover. I know I can do it, It worked for me before, It will work for me again. I am leading a new group of girls this semester. I have to get motivated.
On another subject. I had a job interview on Monday the 6th at a Salon that is upscale. I got the call back to do the Hands on interview. That will be Tuesday. I will take my mother and do a low lite color on her hair. That is basically a hilite but you use color instead of Lightening products. The first interview went really well. She asked me to describe a typical experience that a customer would experience when the came into the salon. The were inpressed that I mentioned the 3 key areas that they thought were important and that I was so detailed in my description. They also told me that I was the 4th person they interviewed and that I was the only one to hit any of the areas let alone all three. And I know I will do good at the lowlighting....So...It looks good.
I am excited! I want to get back into a salon. I love doing hair and need to get back to it. Since last July, I have been working in a convience store Deli. I make subs, sandwiches, Fish, pizza, fries & wings and other things unhealthy. I love working there. The owners are so wonderful to work for. but I need to get away from the food. I know that has been a problem for me. I try to eat better choices but it seems that I always end up eating badly. Or Overeating all together.
So things may be different next week. I will get my diet back on track. I have to work 2 extra days at the deli and A job interview. It will be difficult but I will happily do it.

February 17. 2006~~Week 4 of NBU
Week 5 is coming to a close for NBU. I have 1 week left of New Body University and I almost can not wait. Final stats are due. Feb. 27th. It has not been an good few weeks.
I have managed to stay on plan for 6 weeks except 2 weeks ago because of the flu. And so far I have gained 7 pounds and but lost 11 inches. I just dont get it! It seems that I am building more muscle them I am burning of fat. I hope that is what it is.
I will continue go do the 6 Week Body Make Over until NBU is over then I am going back to Weight Watchers. I will still follow the basic ideas of the 6wbm but add dairy. Like No sugar, No fat, No Salt and Eat Whole Fresh Foods.
I am very discouraged by my body right now. I can not seem to loose weight. I dont know what else to do. At least on Weight Watchers I lost, Slowly, but I did loose. I started in August, Had a major surgeries in September where I was not allowed to do anything for 6 weeks and still 21 lbs and 16.813 inches by Janurary 2rd. Making my total weight lost at 36 lbs.
So Beginning February 27th I will go back to Weight Watchers. I just feel like I have to if I want to get any results. Going by WW Points, If I calculated what I ate for the 6wbm I would only be eating about 16 points. My Point target is 26 points.
I am not doing so good. I think my body got used to eating more and processing it well and then I went into starvation mode. I just hope I did not burn muscle. I am having trouble eating, completing work outs and lack energy. So I feel I have to make the change.

Week 2 of Boot camp produce a loss of 3.375 inches and 0 pounds.
I am not happy with the pounds aspect but I know that My body is changing because my inches are changing.

Week 1 Of Janurary 2006
Lots of things happened this week. I had my 6 monthe check up for my Pulmonary Sarcoidosis. Clean Bill of Health. Well things look somewhat better and I feel better.
I was asked to be an RA (Resident Advisor) for NBU (New Body University) on the Provida.com website.
I am going to be the RA of Mustang Hall.
This is quite an honor. Leading a group of people who are
all doing the same diet plan and looking for me to set a good example. It is great!
I lost 2 pounts and 5 inches. Those workouts are going great! As well as the extra sculpting I am doing as Boot Camp Challenges.
Week 1 Challenges -
Crunches 45 in 60 seconds
Push ups (female) 25 in 60 seconds
Tricep dips (reverse pulldowns) 40 in 60 seconds
Week 2 Challenges -
Crunches 53 in 60 sec
Push ups (female) 20 in 60 sec

Wow the year has gone fast! I hope that this new year goes better.
I am starting a 6 Week Boot Camp on Monday...Jan. 2,2005. It should be interesting. It is on the Provida.com website. I am one of the Fighing Falcons.
Here is my Enrollment Pledge.
I, Sunshinedaizy/Wendy am on the 6 wbmo challenge. I pledge to keep myself cheat free for the following 6 weeks of Boot Camp. I pledge to do the following:
1. I will eat POP.
2. I will exercise 4 to 5 times a week (at least 4).
3. I will Sculpt 2x’s a week (4 max).
4. I will prepare my food in advance. This is critical!!!!
5. I will drink at least 100 ounces of water a day.
6. I will eat all my meals on schedule.
7. I will not consume any Off Plan foods.
8. I will not whine, cry and, complain.{most of us have TOM suck it up}
9. I will not cheat, and if I am weak enough to do so, I won't post about it. {we are not enablers here, and won't be giving out any pat's on the head for complainers.}
10. I will report in daily for roll call.
11. I will encourage and support my fellow recruits.
12. If I am having a hard day, I will report to my counselor.
13. I will post my weekly stats.
13. I will not post of any off plan foods.

So I will go back to the 6 Week Body Makeover for the 6 weeks. And see how it goes. The challenge promotes exercise strongly. They assign exercised often above and beyond what I am supposed to do. So this should be good.
Well everyone...Have a wonderful, Safe New Year's Eve!
I am starting a 6 Week Boot Camp on Monday...Jan. 2,2005. It should be interesting. It is on the Provida.com website. I am one of the Fighing Falcons.
Here is my Enrollment Pledge.
I, Sunshinedaizy/Wendy am on the 6 wbmo challenge. I pledge to keep myself cheat free for the following 6 weeks of Boot Camp. I pledge to do the following:
1. I will eat POP.
2. I will exercise 4 to 5 times a week (at least 4).
3. I will Sculpt 2x’s a week (4 max).
4. I will prepare my food in advance. This is critical!!!!
5. I will drink at least 100 ounces of water a day.
6. I will eat all my meals on schedule.
7. I will not consume any Off Plan foods.
8. I will not whine, cry and, complain.{most of us have TOM suck it up}
9. I will not cheat, and if I am weak enough to do so, I won't post about it. {we are not enablers here, and won't be giving out any pat's on the head for complainers.}
10. I will report in daily for roll call.
11. I will encourage and support my fellow recruits.
12. If I am having a hard day, I will report to my counselor.
13. I will post my weekly stats.
13. I will not post of any off plan foods.
14. I will report to Sick call or my SL if I have health issues. 1
5. I will be 100% from now until graduation

I lost 1 pound and .675 inches.
Total 35 pounds lost is a good accomplishment.
I am working on loosing another 60 pounds.
This week we are preparing for Christmas. The tree is almost decorated. The house is torn apart in preperation of decorating.
By daughter keeps rearranging the ornaments on a daily basis. She decided all the decorations belong on the bottom of the tree. It is funny. There seems to be a section about 1/4 up the tree that is about 1 1/2 feet wide (the area with in her reach) That is about 3 feet from left to right that is loaded with ornaments. And the rest is just about bare. I have to laugh when I see it. She tries.
I am working on my MSN Group called A Weight Loss Adventure
It is a group for all people on a Diet! What every plan you are following, Please come and join me in my adventure! I am adding Recipes, Game Boards, Journals and There is live Chat. I plan on doing Challenges for weight loss, Water Challenges, Cardio Challenges and more. This of course depends on Participation. But I think it will be fun.

Monday Weigh in!
I weighed in at 209 today. I had gained 5 lbs last week and this week I lost 4 of those pounds. So I am happy with my results.
I did Weight Watchers Wendie Plan all week. I was over on my points a couple of days but not too bad. This week, I will be on plan everyday! I will not go ever my points! I will have to use my activity points on my super low days, which means I have to exercise. That is incentive to not be hungry. Anyways...off to work out!

~~December 1~~
Wow It is December 1st. I can not believe this year has gone so quickly. Over all it has been difficult with my surgeries and being sick. But I am healing well. I have 2 days of Physical Therapy left and I am back to work. So Hopefully things will even out and calm down.I am starting back on Weight Watchers Wendie Plan. Last week, I was off plan on the 6 week body make over except I had some Candied Sweet Potaotes on Thandsgiving, and I ended up gaining 5 lbs. I know it was fluid retention and Inflamation in my joint and my body but it is not what the results I wanted. I started back on the Wendie plan this week and so far I have lost 4 of the 5 lbs I gained. So I will stay with that. It is a little more Flexible but I am following the basic rules of the 6WBM. 100 oz. Water, eating small meals consisting of White Meat, Whole Veggies, Fresh fruits and Complex Carbs like oats, potatoes, yams and brown rice.
No sugar, fat or salt. Exercising 5 days a week and 2 days of body scultping. I will be adding Yogurt and fat free dairy to my diet though. I need to have extra calcium for my body.

Christmas is coming soon. It is hard to believe but I some how can not wait. The kids will have a slim christmas this year since I have not been working much this year and have not started shopping. But they will be happy with what they get either way. I have no clue even what to get.
I am sure they will let me know what they want soon enough. They have that itch for Xmas now.
Then the year will be over. Wow! again...it has gone so fast! I am in Awe just thinking about it!
I am working on starting a group on MSN. Called A Weight Loss Adventure. I will post all my recipes there and hopefully will get some other people to join it and get some support through my journey. I have a long ways to go and it has been slow going. So I will need some people to talk to. Poeple to bounce Ideas off of and for them to do the same. November 19~~Preperation for Thanksgiving Dinner
It is so hard to believe that It is late november and that Thursday is ThanksGiving!
I love to entertain for the holidays. I love to cook, so it is cool with me.
Today my husband is out hunting for deer. It is opening day! I hope he gets one. I love Venison when it cooked right.
I am cooking him a Bean and Ham soup in the crockpot today. He will love that when he comes in from the cold. It is only going to be in the midle 30s today.
I have a crazy week planned. Get cans to take back to the store for the deposits and get wood for the fireplace. Then I have to go to work. Then Monday shopping in another town for all the food I will need for Thanksgiving dinner.
Tuesday will be cleaning and getting ready.
Wednesday is PT, cooking and Work.
Then finally Thursday is Cook, Cook, Cook, Eat and Clean.
Friday is Running around, Get Kids and work.
I think I will get a break on Saturday, or at least I hope so.
It will be hard to fit in Cardio in all of crazyness this week so I guess I will have to go to bed early and get up earlier to get that in. I still plan on getting 30 minute in atleast 5 days.
Well I am off to get a snack and get some work done before I go get some groceries for the weeks food.

November 15, 2005 ~~2 Weeks Later!
ok so here we are at November 15, 2005 I was completely on plan and gained 1 lb. This week I was on plan and lost 1 lb. But I lost 4.145 inches. I know that inches is what I want to loose. But I just wish the weight would go down too.
I am going to make Taco Chicken Breasts and Spaghetti Squash as well as Butternut Squash. I have Homemade Applesauce cooked and in the fridge and Pineapples in there also. I also bought some Whole Tilipia. I love this kind of fish. It is mild and firm and tastes good no matter how you make it.
I a working on another week on plan. Hopefully this week will go better weight wise.
I have been asked to be a co leader of my group on the Provida website. It is a game that we plan that is called (NBU)New Body University. And you get points daily for eating right and drinking all of your water as well as doing cardio and sculpting. My "dorm" is called Lynx Hall. And I am the Athletic Director. And this week I was asked to be the Co ARA ( Assistant Resident Advisor). I accepted. It helps me to be in a position of authority. This way, I have to be Perfectly On Plan (POP). I have to lead by example.
Physical Therapy is going good. This week was supposed to be my last couple of days. But when I was talking to my therapist today, he said he would extend my therapy with no problems. I know that I have gone along way towards healing but I have a long way to go. I need more therapy to strengthen the leg and ankle. I was happy to be able to schedule more appointments.
Well I am off to cook.

Day 3 Completely On Plan
Ok Today I stepped on the scale and I was down 2 lbs. And I am hungry as can be.

I have been 110% on plan Food wise since Monday
No sodium (other then naturally in the foods) No Salad Dressings!
I have Drank all of my water; 100 oz. Per day.
Did Cardio Monday for 60 minutes.
Sculpted Lower Body Tuesday. (It felt Great)
I am not feeling like I need to cheat. I think I have my mind in the right place right now.

October 31, 2005~~First day of my Recomittment to the plan.
I am recommitting my self to the 6 Week Body Makeover. i have not really been completely on plan. I had little tweaks that are not on plan. Like not being concerned about Sodium and Fat free Low Carb Salad Dressings. And I have not been exercising like I should.
I start this day out at 209 lbs and 302.375 inches.
I will be starting Sculpting this week at Physical Therapy for the Abs to the ankles. So I will beging upper body this week also. I think I will do them on Saturday this week.
I think I will do them like this;
Monday: upper
Tuesday: Lower PT
Wednesday: Break day
Thursday Lower Body PT
Friday: Upper Body
Saturday and Sunday Break days.
It is not good to do them more then 2 days a week except the abs. That is the only muscle group that can recover quick enough to do them daily.
I do certain ab exercises daily as per PT. so I will be getting them in daily.

More Recipes.
Turkey Hash (sunshinedaizy)
I was looking for something different for breakfast. I have Carb and Protein. So I came up with this.
1 oz. Turkey Sausage
2 tbsp Onions minced
2 tbsp Green peppers Minced
4 oz. Potatoes Minced
1 tsp garlic minced
1 egg white beaten until frothy
2 Tbsp Salsa
I minced my Onion, Green Peppers and Potatoes in Food Processor, Seperately. Put them in a pan.
Added Turkey cooked until oninos were soft, about 10 minutes.
Add Egg white and Salsa and stir until mixed into meat and potatoe mixture. Flatten in pan until browned alittle about 3 minutes.
Stir and flatten again Cook about 3 more minutes. Enjoy!
White Chili (Sunshinedaizy )
Ingredients:
1 C chopped onions
1/2 C chopped red bell pepper
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp Splenda
10 oz. skinless, boneless chicken brease, diced
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp chopped fresh oregano leaves
1/2 tsp salt
3 C low-sodium chicken broth
12 oz. drained cooked Great Northern beans (NSA)
1 or 2 Jalopeno Peppers, seeded and deveigned then chopped
Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
In large nonstick saucepan over low heat, combine onions, bell pepper, garlic and splenda; cover and cook stirring occasionally, until soft, 15 min.
Add chicked, chili powder, oregano, and salt; raise heat to medium and cook, stirring constantly, until checken is browned, 5 min.
Add broth, 3/4 of beans; reduce heat and simmer 30 min.
Mash the left over Beans with 1-2 tbsp water. Pour into chili and cook stirring, until slightly thickened, 3 min or so.
Notes:
Per 1-1/2 C Serving: 257 calories, 2 g total fat, 0 g saturated fat, 41 mg cholesterol, 331 mg sodium, 36 g total carbohydrate, 5 g dietary fiber, 26 g protein, 87 mg calcium
Tonights Dinner:
*Grilled Chicken Breast poached in Taco Sauce then shredded
*Green Salad with onions, lettuce, Lots of tomatoes, cucumbers
*Salsa for dressing
*Taco Flavored Seasoned Rice.
My Taco Bell Taco Sauce (sunshinedaizy)
I always double this recipe
8 oz. can Low or No Salt Tomato Sauce
1/3 C. Water
1/4 to 1/2 Tsp. Chili Powder (to Taste)
1 1/2 Tsp. Cumin
1 1/2 Tsp. Dry minced Onions
1 Tbsp. Vinegar
1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp. Paprika
1/4 Tsp. Splenda
1/4 to 1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper (to Taste the more you add the hotter it will be!)
Place all ingredients in to a sauce pan and stir well. Simmer at a very low Temperature for 15-20 minutes (until slightly thickened). Remove and Cool. Keeps in the Refrigerator for several days.
Notes: I use it for a Simmering Sauce for chicken breasts, then shread it up for "Taco" meat. Love it for Spanish Rice. Or add Horseradish and use it for shrimp and seafood!

My Taco Seasoning Mix (sunshinedaizy)
2 Tbsp Tones chili powder
2 Tsp. Tones Paprika
1 Tbsp Tones Dried Onion flakes
1 tbsp. Garlic chopped
1 Tsp cumin
1 Tsp red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp. Tones Garlic and Herb Seasoning
**Tones seasonings are bought at Sams Club in the spice section. They are restaurant size, But I go through these flavors monthly)
Mix all spices together.
In a pan Put Water and Rice and Seasoning Mix. Stir to blend. Cook rice as usual.
Wendys Spicey Salsa
I make a quart of this every sunday and store it in Canning Jars. Also I love Spicey Foods, So adjust to fit your tastes.
4 medium tomatoes, chopped and seeded (I like Roma Tomatoes)
1 small white onion, finely chopped
1 small Green pepper Chopped. (roasted and peeled)
1-2 cloves Garlic chopped
1-2 l jalapeno pepper, roasted on stove, peeled, seeded and minced
2 Green Onions Diced
1 small can Tomato Sauce to moisten.
Chop all ingredients into small pieces. Combine all in a bowl. Stir well and store in fridge over night or longer for flavors to blend together. The longer it sets...the better it tastes. Store in an air tight container.

October 30, 2005 ~~Sunday
I signed up for NBU (New Body University) at Provida.com. This is a weight loss game that is set up on the 6 Week Body Makeover website. It has weekly "Grades." This depends on your eating correctly 7 days a week, drinking all of your water 7 days a week, doing cardio 5 times a week and Sculpting 2 times a week. You get a total of 21 points available per week. The goal is to get 21s and get on the "Deans" List. It is fun.
It gives you motivation to keep going. The Accountablility to stay on plan. And seeing other people loosing or struggling shows you the reality of how hard it is. I love it though.
I am still having trouble with my leg. I am in PT for 3 more weeks to work on that.
Hopefully, I will go back to work after next weekend. I have a Dr. Appointment on the 7th for my 6 week check up. Hopefully he will release me to work. I can not wait to get back to work.

October 26, 2005~~Starting Physical Therapy
I am not doing well with exercise. I have been hurting alot lately. I dont know if it is the cold or the rain Or Both. I am having trouble just walking. I get a few steps and my calf cramps on me. The physical therapist says he thinkd that with some stretching and muslce strengthing in the core area that I should be much better. Also I should be taking an anti Inflammatory to help with the swelling on that nerve. He also said that the trouble that I am having is consistant with the nerve being damaged. So I will work on strengthing and limbering up.
So I did not complete the 2nd week of Project:You! or I am starting what should be te 3rd week but I have not done any this week. I dont know when I will be able to start doing it again. but I have it here when I can.
I gained 2 pounds again this week. I just dont understand it. I was mostly on plan. I had larger portions on Friday but the rest of the week, I was on plan. I am starting NBU again. Move in starts today. I got moved in and am expecting to do well this time.
I plan on shopping on Saturday and cooking as much as I can afterwards and packaging it up. I will buy some morch Chicken Breast, Ground Turkey Breast, Brussel Sprouts, Broccoli, Mushrooms, Cabbage, Winter Squash, Peppers, Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes (maybe), Tomatoes, Tomatoe Sauce, Pineapple, Apples and Bananas.
I think I will make Turkey Sauseage, Potatoes Wedges, Baked mashed Squash, Broccoli with Mushrooms &Onions, Poached Chicken in Taco Sauce. This way I will be ready for meals. And That is all I will eat. And I will drink all of my water! Try to exercise on my Gazelle doing a walk so that my heart rate stays where it is supposed to when I am exercising.
I am hoping that I can get back on plan and finally get my self back on track and loose the weight I need to loose. I want to get back into my size 16 and 14 clothes and be comfortable. Most of my winter clothes are these sizes and I need to get back into them before it gets too cold.
So I did not complete the 2nd week of Project:You! or I am starting what should be te 3rd week but I have not done any this week. I dont know when I will be able to start doing it again. but I have it here when I can.

I think I will make Turkey Sauseage, Potatoes Wedges, Baked mashed Squash, Broccoli with Mushrooms &Onions, Poached Chicken in Taco Sauce. This way I will be ready for meals. And That is all I will eat. And I will drink all of my water! Try to exercise on my Gazelle doing a walk so that my heart rate stays where it is supposed to when I am exercising.
I am hoping that I can get back on plan and finally get my self back on track and loose the weight I need to loose. I want to get back into my size 16 and 14 clothes and be comfortable. Most of my winter clothes are these sizes and I need to get back into them before it gets too cold.
