I weighed in at 209 today. I had gained 5 lbs last week and this week I lost 4 of those pounds. So I am happy with my results.
I did Weight Watchers Wendie Plan all week. I was over on my points a couple of days but not too bad. This week, I will be on plan everyday! I will not go ever my points! I will have to use my activity points on my super low days, which means I have to exercise. That is incentive to not be hungry. Anyways...off to work out!
